Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Uttara, responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for DTL Sourcing Ltd. This role oversees the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and communication activities to support business growth and market positioning. Day-to-day tasks include developing annual marketing plans, coordinating market research, analyzing campaign performance, managing the marketing budget, and guiding the marketing team in content creation, digital outreach, and promotional activities. The Marketing Director collaborates closely with senior leadership and the sales team to align marketing priorities with commercial objectives, identify new market opportunities, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. This role also involves monitoring competitor activity, maintaining relationships with external agencies and vendors, and presenting regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Marketing Management and Marketing, with proven experience leading strategic initiatives and brand positioning.
Demonstrated ability in Market Planning and Market Research to design, execute, and interpret data-driven marketing activities.
Experience collaborating with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets and customer acquisition goals.
Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional projects.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to support performance tracking and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Prior experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within sourcing, supply chain, or related industries, is an advantage.
